About Iren 

Iren is an expert at effective communications and focuses on communicating with clarity to create alignment and agreement in areas of executive presence and messaging and mastering feedback and difficult conversations.

 

In her work as an executive and team coach, she helps leaders and teams navigate transitions, develop better prioritization and strategic thinking skills, manage stress, build resilience and upskill other areas crucial for effective leadership.

 

Iren has an authentic, caring, and grounding nature that enables her to build strong partnerships that foster trust. Through this trust, she is able to speak directly to what is at hand or what may need to be said in a way that builds confidence and helps others to learn, grow and thrive.

 

She keenly diagnoses needs and creates innovative solutions that unlock human potential in order to achieve results. As a result, she has often been the first to be tapped and trusted to build, coach, and facilitate workshops ranging from developing effective communications, executive off-sites, onboarding, employee engagement surveys, career development frameworks, and manager and leadership development.

 

Iren received her coaching certifications from The Hudson Institute of Coaching and Gallup Global Strengths coaching. She is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (individual 360), the Collective Leadership Assessment (team 360), Insights Discovery, Insights Self-Aware Leader, Crucial Conversations and Influencer. She received her master’s degrees in Communication and International Relations from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia and her bachelors degree in Sociology from Chapman University in Orange, California.
